Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LinkFleet (the "Service"). The Service is operated by LinkFleet Inc. (incorporation pending in Canada) ("LinkFleet", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Service, claiming a fleet, or using any account we provide, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
1. What the Service is
LinkFleet provides access to managed, KYC-verified LinkedIn accounts on a subscription basis. The accounts are rented, not sold: they remain our property at all times, and your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use them for your own outreach for as long as your subscription is active. We source, verify, and maintain the accounts; you operate your campaigns using your own tools.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and your private support channel secure.
3. Subscriptions, billing, and renewals
Plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the price and interval shown when you subscribe, in the stated currency. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Founding rates, where offered, remain locked for as long as your subscription stays continuously active. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.
4. No refunds
All fees are non-refundable, including for partial periods. When you subscribe, accounts and resources are provisioned and committed to you, so we do not refund current or past periods. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund amounts already paid.
5. Acceptable use and outbound guidelines
You must use the accounts only within the outbound guidelines provided to you during onboarding and in any agreement you sign. You are solely responsible for your outreach — your messaging, targeting, volume, and compliance with all applicable laws (including anti-spam and privacy laws). You may not use the accounts for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activity, or in any way that endangers the wider fleet.
6. Account modifications you must not make
Each account is tied to a verified identity. To keep an account recoverable through LinkedIn's identity checks, you must not change an account's:
- profile picture;
- name; or
- profile location.
Changing any of these can trigger a verification the account cannot pass. If you alter a protected field, that account is no longer eligible for replacement.
7. Replacements
If an account is restricted or otherwise needs replacing, submit a request through your support channel. We issue replacements as quickly as possible, within the replacement timeframe ("SLA") set out in your subscription agreement, subject to available inventory and the audit described below. Replacement SLAs are specific to each plan and customer. Replacement is your sole and exclusive remedy for any account restriction, suspension, or loss.
8. Audits and revocation
Before issuing a replacement or resolving a complaint, we may audit how the account was used. If you violated these Terms or the outbound guidelines — including changing a protected profile field or sending outside agreed scope — we may decline the replacement and revoke accounts without refund, because misuse puts the entire shared infrastructure at risk.
9. No guarantee; third-party platform
LinkedIn is an independent third party that we do not control. We cannot and do not guarantee that any account will remain active for any particular period. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost pipeline, or business interruption. Replacement, as described above, is your sole remedy for account issues.
11. Suspension and termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or the outbound guidelines, for conduct that risks the fleet, or where required by law — in which case no refund is owed.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
