Privacy Policy

Effective June 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information LinkFleet (LinkFleet Inc. (incorporation pending in Canada), "we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and the LinkFleet service.

1. Information we collect

When you submit the claim form, we collect the information you provide: your name, work email, company, requested seat count, target regions, automation tool, and any notes you add. We also automatically collect marketing-attribution data (such as UTM parameters and the referring page) and standard technical and usage data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed), including through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information

  • to respond to your request and confirm inventory;
  • to provide, operate, and bill the Service;
  • to communicate with you about your fleet and account;
  • to prevent abuse and protect the fleet; and
  • to measure our marketing and improve LinkFleet.

Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are performance of a contract, your consent, and our legitimate interests in operating and growing the Service.

3. How we share your information

We share personal information only with service providers acting on our behalf, including:

  • HubSpot — our CRM and customer communications;
  • our hosting provider (Laravel Cloud) — to run the website and store data;
  • Slack — internal notifications about new requests; and
  • analytics and advertising providers — to measure traffic and campaigns.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of the Service.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and analytics tools to understand how the site is used and to measure our marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.

5. Data retention

We keep your personal information for as long as you are a prospect or customer, and for up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

6. International transfers

We operate from Canada and use providers located in Canada and the United States, so your information may be processed in those countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. If you are in California, you may request to know or delete your information and to opt out of any "sale" of it — which we do not do. To exercise any right, email fleet@linkfleet.io.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
